Pilates Training

With the special training method devoloped by Joseph Pilates you can improve your posture, increase your body sensitivity and calm down via concentration through targeted training

of body centre.

It combines exercises from classical gymnastics combined with yoga and breathing techniques.

The muscles are gently strenghened and streched, the joints mobilized and the whole

body is supplied with oxygen.

The ideal goal through this training is to deliver a healthy body and is perfectly complemented
